Educational programs at the Weisman Art Museum engage a wide range of audiences in tours, classes, performances, readings, and other activities on art, culture, and the issues of our day. Programs feature works from the museum’s special exhibitions and permanent collection, as well as the inventive architecture of the Weisman’s Frank Gehry-designed building.
With contributions from University of Minnesota faculty and students and from artists and scholars from the local, national, and international arts communities, the Weisman’s interdisciplinary programs aim to spark conversation, inspiration, and insight into ideas and art forms.
